This large bird usually stands up to 4.5 meters in height and with a wingspan of 8 meters is surely sight to behold. Its solitary in nature and can be usually seen in its swampy habitat, standing patiently searching for lung fish. The bird is listed as Vulnerable as they are less than 5000 adults left in the world.
